We love this train. Staff is so attentive and friendly from the servers to the conductor and engineer. Had a lovely lunch (boxed sandwiches with a macaroni salad and cookie). Cost for 5 of us was $250. It is pricey but the cars are beautifully restored and it was a two hour ride. We spent some time in the open air car as it was a befitting warm, March day. We booked the Beaver car which is a beautifully restored Pullman sleeping and dining car.
