I've been to the Colebrookedale Railroad twice and both times my experience has been fantastic. The second time, I took my children and they had a blast riding a train that Is identical in model just much bigger, to the ones their Pappy Terry and Great Grandpa Nancarvis had. They loved every minute of it and they even said just like Pappy and Great Grandpa's. That brought tears to my eyes. My fondest memories with both my Father and Grandfather were putting up the train displays for Christmas. They had mostly Lionel and were members of the National Train Collectors Association. You can imagine how much it means to me that this Railroad exists and I live so close to it. I never knew about this until someone took me here for my birthday a few years ago. Makes me feel closer to my Dad and my Grandfather, even though they are buried in Wesley Chapel which is about 4 hours west of here.
