Our group of 8 had a wonderful experience on a weekend Fall Foliage tour. Shoutout to customer service rep Barb, who helped me rebook my trip to merge two reservations so we could all be seated in the same car. The Diplomat, which seems to be the least picturesque for most, is actually wonderful for toddlers and young children as the aisle is much wider than other cars and has easy access to the observation car. My 3yo asked to do this again immediately after the trip! Staff were all friendly and welcoming, especially the volunteers. I appreciated the clean bathrooms, too!
