The train was absolutely beautiful. There were so many people, different ages and cultures. There’s no history given on the train, so if you’re into that, you’ll have to ask or do your own research. The food was nice, but the cheesecake is frozen and had not fully defrosted by the time they served it. I was in the parlor car and they gave seltzer water, a choice of drink, a charcuterie plate, champagne and the cheesecake I mentioned earlier. As beautiful as the train and views were, please keep in mind that it’s located in rural Pennsylvania. People were very vocal about their political views in their yards, and it’s not somewhere you would want to get a flat tire if you’re not white. Not being dramatic- if you are not white, be careful.
