Macaroni Kid is excited to announce that it has come to the Boyertown area! Macaroni Kid is a free weekly e-newsletter and website that highlights all the great things for kids and their families to do in our community. Under the stewardship of Craig Snyder, Macaroni Kid Boyertown is poised to quickly become the go-to source for all things family. “As a fellow parent in the Boyertown area, I know how difficult it has been to keep track of the fun and enriching events and activities available for kids.
I’m extremely excited to bring Macaroni Kid to our community and look forward to the
opportunity to support the many cultural, not-for-profit, school and just plain fun things there are to do in the Boyertown area.” Macaroni Kid covers the spectrum of things to do with kids -- classes, shows, events as well as things to do at home, cooking projects, book reviews, arts and crafts and more.

How did I get started? Well, my name is Craig Snyder and I am a local Boyertown dad to my 6 year old son Jaxon and my 7 year old daughter Caylin. My wife Laura and I live with our family in Bechtelsville which is just outside of Boyertown where I grew up and graduated from in 2008 and had the pleasure of helping organize events during my school career in BASD. We like to bond together by finding local events, activities and hidden gems in the community! As our kids are getting older the possibilities are endless! You just need the right resource! After being exhausted trying to plan what to do for the weekend ahead with fun activities events and places to go for families, I thought there had to be an easier way! Among my many searches I stumbled across a website geared for families which targeted local towns with their own respected publishers. There was not a local chapter for the Boyertown area, so it inspired me to reach to Macaroni Kid to start a chapter for the Boyertown area. Long story short, we have opened the Boyertown chapter of Macaroni Kid and we are super excited! My goal is to be the number one resource for families highlighting local businesses, free local family events, free family activities and more! We love to experience everything the area has to offer, and we can't wait to share it with you!
